    A relative is looking to buy 1-2 condo in Miami area. he is from Brazil. His credit in Brazil is good.

    Are there any lmitations for foreign investors in order to get mortgagae here. What will be approx. the down payment?

    He is looking to invest about $600.000-$700.000
